Webcelerator
When you right-click on the tray icon in your taskbar, the menu to your right will appear (initial settings shown.)
You are, of course, free to change the settings. Unless your server charges by the download, Prefetching should be checked, since this is the main benefit of Webcelerator.
If you want to do some research on the web and you do not want the traffic in your cache, you can temporarily "Disable Webcelerator."
Note that the Help option will take you to the start page of these files.
Please familiarize yourself with the various items on the left for complete information on all facets of the right-click menu.
Use Proxy Mode: The Use Proxy Mode option from the right click menu will place proxy settings (address:port) of 127.0.0.1:24491 in your browsers, which will allow Webcelerator to function correctly in certain situations where it may not function using Webcelerator's normal mode. To change to the Proxy Mode simply select the Use Proxy Mode option from the right click menu. You may need to re-start your computer after this has been successfully completed.
